In Japan, July 7th is a day called, Tanabata.  It is originated from the Japanese myth. "According to legend, the Milky Way separates these lovers, (Orihime and Hikoboshi) and they are allowed to meet only once a year on the seventh day of the seventh". From Wikipedia.  It was raining in Niigata city, but I hope that you have a good one.  There is also a folk song, "Tanabata-sama".  I arranged it and we played at the concert in June 28.  It is now on Youtube now.  Hope you enjoy!!!

There is one more in Youtube.  "A piece of Japan" is my original from the CD, "Piano Moment 1".  *The title is mistaken.  I will correct it soon!!! Sorry....

The greens in the back are just beautiful. I really enjoyed this concert!!!
