Mirai chan

I went to Niitsu museum to see Kotori Kawashima's photo exhibition, "Mirai chan".

As I walked into the exhibit,  His photos (Mirai chan) begun speaking to me.  It was almost like she was attacking straight into my heart.  

She is alive!!! 

Her full of energy shines everywhere.  

Truly, LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!


新津美術館で写真家・川島小鳥さんの写真展、”未来ちゃん”を見に行ってきました。
写真展に入った瞬間から、写真が話しかけてきました。話しかけて来たではなく、突撃してきました、私のハートに一直線に。

未来ちゃん生きてる。

未来ちゃんのすごいエネルギーがあちこちに輝いていて。

生きるってすごい、素晴らしい！

On April 26, Saturday.  Naomi Yoshikawa Quintet at Niigata prefectural memorial hall.

Thank you for Mr. Minagawa san for taking such a cool picture.  I liked a lot.  The band was good!!!  The drummer, Mr. Wakabayashi told me that he could not hear piano at all, but I think he sounded good.  

4月26日、土曜日にありました門前音楽市の中から、新潟県政記念館での吉川ナオミクインテットの演奏です。ギターの皆川さんが写真を撮って下さいました。素敵な写真を本当ありがとうございます。ドラムの若林さんがピアノが全然聞こえないと言っていましたが、私はそんな感じは受けないくらい素晴らしいドラムだったと思います。

My sister's birthday

Spring is a season of strong energy.

I never knew until I came here.

"Uwasekigata Park" near Sagata.  Yellow carpet and pink sky.

How beautiful it was.  some veronica persia were blooming and I found a tiny horsetail.  When was the last time I saw it?

While I was in the park, we took a lot of pictures and send some to my sister.  On our way going back home, we again called her and sang "Happy Birthday to her".  Today was her birthday.  According to my mother, she was born around 17:00.  She was born in a strong beautiful energy called "Spring" in April.

春とはなんて強いエネルギーなんだろう。

ここに来るまでこんなに感じなかった。

角田山のふもとにある上堰潟公園。

黄色の絨毯とピンクの空。足下にも小さなイヌフグリの青い花とつくし。つくしを前にみたのはいつだったかな。

なんて綺麗なんだろう。

本当生きている事にありがとう。

ベースレスでのライブでした。ギターの小松原さんと私のみ。ベースのパートを交互にカバーしながらの演奏でした。楽しかったのですが、あー。ため息。私の左手.......I hate my left hand:(((

ライブの前からノアノアのご飯はとても美味しいと聞いていたので楽しみにしてましたが。皆さん。本当お店に行って下さい。オーナーシェフ石橋さんの作る創作料理はどれも美味しかったです。

Naomi Yoshikawa Trio at "noanoa".
This was a bit challenging gig because there was no bass player.  Me and the guitar player, Komatsubara san would cover the bass parts.  I enjoyed some of it, but, Sign.....I hate my left hand!!! 

Both Naomi san and Komatsubara san were talking about how delicious it's dishes were, and I was looking forward to having Chef Katsuyuki Ishibashi's creative dishes.  Everyone, please come to "noanoa".  It was very good!!!
